    Does look good. I do that myself, always buy a whole ribeye from some folks I know. Slice off some steaks and smoke the rest as a prime rib. When you smoke it, try a peppercorn sauce on it. I see you have the charcoal/wood on the grill - the only way to go. Good job.

    Yeah it's briquettes and lump mixed, I'm gonna smoke it in my electric smoker. Add a few chips to it just a couple times in the first hour or so and then let that baby go

    I also have a master built. Them 'electrics will ruin ya. The steaks look great, and I've been wanting to do a smoked prime rib also. They be mighty good with some horseradish sauce!

    Looks dang good. Feesh, I been saying for 4 years now that I wanna smoke a whole Prime Rib, just haven't done it yet

    You make your own horseradish feesh? I haven't found one in a store I really care for but there's a few places around that put it on there sandwiches and they're awesome
