    Welcome aboard from Madison.. Looks like u got a good plan. Here lately they have been picky, so I'd try jigs with minners on some poles and some plain hooks with minners. Personally, I like red sickle hooks, plain or jigs..

    Thanks everyone! If anyone has the time and room to show me how they fish on the rez just let me know! I want to learn different techniques besides single poling during the spawn. Thanks again!

    Instead of single poling it. you can just sit in the front seat at the Trolling motor and ease around with a pole in each hand. Sometimes in the winter it's about the only way to catch them the bite is so light

    BTW, Orange/char Red/Char and Black/Char are 3 of the best all around colors for jigs. They also will his those white Stingers at times
