I had gotten me a cordless nail gun off of Ebay a year ago or so and it died. I am going to get me another one and I am leaning towards the Dewalt since have already got some cordless tools that are Dewalt and they use the 18v battery like this one. What you guys think, its one that will be used every once in awhile and not used to do large projects. Here is the link I found it at :

Shop DEWALT 18-Gauge 18-Volt Cordless Nailer at Lowes.com=

    Thanks

Dewalt tools are hard to beat. I have a Paslode framing nailer that uses a rechargeable battery for ignition and a butane gas cartridge Its great for projects like building shooting houses etc.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Yep....If I were you I would stick with DEwalt since you already have Dewalt batteries etc. The gun you are looking at shoots small brad nails.

The dewalt is a really nice unit. I had one until I got the bright idea to switch all my tools to Milwaukee V28. Big mistake. Batteries are shot. But the dewalt nailer works great. You can shoot a lot of nails per charge and it has the power to sink nails in hard woods.

The gun in the link is a finish nailer, they are great guns, it is tho for finish work and not framing or heavy stuff, depends on what you wanna do with it, if you are going to be doing a lot of framing I think Dewalt makes it in a framer also, the paslodes are extremely good also. Just my opinion.
