    Plain Corn flakes make good coating as well. I've also used Panko. I'm not that big on mustard on fish though but I know people that are. Pic looks good though.

    Gotta agree with 27458. Cant go wrong with panko if you want a little crunch on your baked or broiled fish.

    That does look good. May have to try it with Bacon flavored crackers or cheese flavored bugels.
