    I rolled them in mustard then in crushed saltine cracker crumbs. Put them on a sprayed cookie sheet and seasoned them with Southern Star, lemon pepper would do good. I drizzled some olive oil over them and baked them at 425 for 15 minutes. Then I turned on the broil until the tops browned a little.

    I can't eat the cracker crumbs. Wonder how they would taste without them?
