    Default Crappie cake balls

Turned out awesome. Made the cakes, then rolled in fine cracker crumbs, then in an egg wash and last into Panko before they went in the deep fryer. Could only make 4 at a time to drop on before the ones in the grease got done. Ended up with 68 of them. Gonna pop them in the oven right at party time
