Ok so earlier in the week planned on going fishing tomorrow and the wife said she wanted to go. Well she decided this evening (about 2 hours ago)
she would stay home---looks like I'm flying solo tomorrow. Oh well--least i don't have to have her freeze and be miserable

It is always nice to hear when the wife is included in our passions and interests (in the outdoors). Growing up, my mom and sisters never seemed to go when dad took my brother and I out fishing or camping, or hunting either. I was discussing this with my only surviving sibling, my second oldest sister, and she said dad never included any of them cuz he didn't want to hear any whining about how hard it might be on them. That, I feel was just wrong. Yes we might have had to make some things a little different for them than they were for us, but then they would have been able to experience life a little more. Now if the only camping she considers involves hotel rooms. Even a really nice camper trailer is out. Just saying it's a shame. Glade your wife enjoys time with you outdoors, and kuto's for taking her comfort into consideration.

She wouldn't like it. It was 32 out there this morning. I caught 3. Left at 11. Gonna try again Saturday hopefully the wind won't be so strong as today.

TKS--course when I take her i call it a fun run--she can only handle being out about 3 or 4 hours--she just gets too ancy. Also usually don't get to run very far down the like due to she doesn't like to run much and Sardis typically has alot of chop. She has been a trooper a couple of times when I had her out in the !@#$@# but I heard about it for awhile after She also doesn't want to go over 25-30mph either--It's hard for me not to run 60 to get to where I'm going lol-heck the boat will barely stay on plane at 25 She doesn't really fish-just sits in the back and reads and such but I do enjoy having her with me regardless. She will tell me if I have a fish on and I'm not paying attention. When it comes to her comfort--you know the saying-if mamma aint happy no one is happy
