    Yep, 33 years around Navy A/C and my hearing is pretty bad. Scott has to be looking my way for me to hear him and all the talking to other boats on the water is beyond my hearing.

    Got my hearing aids from the VA a while back and I love them sure makes a diff.

    Think you gonna have one problem with them. When you get the fish on board, the lines gonna wrap around those bells and you won;t know it til you got the rod back in the holder. Have to keep pulling them back in, taking the line off the bell, then put it back in the holder

    That may be the case. If so, they'll find a home at the bottom of Okatibbee. Lol
    I did glue the bell directly under the first eye, back from the tip, to hopefully prevent that. If the line's going through the eye, hopefully it can't get into the bell. I'll test them and let y'all know.
