Arrest made in bass fisherman's death By WLBT Staff Jackson Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of professional bass fisherman James "Jimmy" Johnson. Seventeen-year-old Shun Brown of Jackson has been charged with capital murder. Brown was arrested Tuesday and confessed to being responsible for Johnson's death. Johnson was shot in the face Sunday evening at the Motel 6 on I-55 Frontage Road. He was staying at the motel with his wife. Johnson, an Open Series Fisherman, was one of more than 300 anglers in the Metro for a tournament that begins Thursday at the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Bassmaster says it will remember Johnson at several events during the tournament this week. Copyright 2013 MSNewsNow. All rights Reserved.

I am not a huge proponent of the death penalty, but if this thug admitted to killing this guy, that would be good enough for me. Bout time to warm up "ole sparky."
