    Did the spillway project at butla get put on hold due to the Obama Drama?

    Don't know if it's been put on hold or not, but they did open her up!!!!

    Wasn't really a project, to my knowledge. Just a routine inspection. Would imagine they got it done quick like.

    Anytime the gubment does anything is a project.Been checking the NOAA site and its not showing a drop yet.

    Think they had some repairs to do. Was by there last week and they were mixing concrete and had a mini excavator in the bottom of it

    It was a project. Looked like they replaced the bottom 2 steps and did some repair on the teeth that stick up. I went down there a few weeks back and took some pics from a distance and the bottom of the spillway!
