    Looks great Don!When we get back from camp gonna take my son out for his Birthday and Sushi is on the menu!Love me some tuna. Melts in your mouth like butter!

    I love Tuna but for some reason, I just don;t like it raw. I've tried it a few times at Ichiban at the Sushi bar and I just don;t like it. hat glaze is fine. I got to looking around the fridge awhile back and just started pulling stuff out and throwing it together, turns out great. this time I had Cilantro in there and chopped some and threw it it after the glaze was reduced. Added some good flavor
