Marinated it in Soy, lime juice, garlic, minced onions and a touch of sesame oil, the pan seared and reduced the marinade to make a glaze. Angel hair pasta in a butter lemonsauce and sautéed green beans to finish. Ohhh Buddha

I like mine raw cut in 1/4 slices with a spritz of lemon and then dipped wasabi/soy mix... and a beer or twelve...
