    We fish for black Crappie here in Lake Monticello where the water is clear as vodka. If we use anything thicker than 6# they just won't hit it. If we are fishing shallower than 15 ft we go to 4# clear!! Also, they like structure...... Be very quiet in the boat!!

    Hoping for some wind and maybe even a little rain. Aint gonna be whooped by this lake, awesome fesh in that lake. May have to cast to em and if so I will.

    that lake runs a close second to trace as far as catching fish . been 20 yrs. since I was there . pretty lake with great bream in it . good luck John .
