    If its in their county county people have jurisdiction on trespassing laws....same with state. trespassing is a state law

    Game Warden told me a little while ago that he would only enforcing game and fish laws, COE can enforce their own ground.

    That's what I figure they will do too but...you never know.....The coe General could ask our governor for a favor and then the GW's might have enforce it...just never know, too many if's....sort of like stealing chickens lol

    I think is stupid to shut the ramps but what can you do.Not worth breaking the law over,that's for sure.Besides won't hurt the fish to have a break.

    If they are paid by the COE, then they will be on furlough, so to speak, and not being paid. Besides, I and a friend had a Ranger at the Enid Field Office tell us that they would not enforce the ramp closures. You pays your money and takes your chances.
