    I laughed too when he said he stuck his thumb n that fishes mouth an turned it loose quick. Said it was like a meat grinder.

    They are tough creatures for sure, once you get them in the boat the fight is just starting. They thrash around and bounce and tear up everything. Ditto on their mouth being a meat grinder. I hear the Cajuns are using the grinnel roe as a caviar.

    I caught one on Big Sandy on a 4 1/2 foot ultralight - it was a fight and I thought it was gonna break my pole. Had no idea what it was at the time.

    Jr. On Swamp People cleaned some and ran em through a meat grinder. Then he mixed in some bread crumbs, chopped celery, seasoning and a few other things and made fish cakes. Then he fried em in a fish fryer. Looked good!!!

    We used to fish for them for sport when i was a kid. We ate some occasionally, ain't bad if you know how to prepare them.

    Friend caught 52 one day out of one hole. Had a stringer shot that made me laugh.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
    The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
    The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and
    a gun the goes bang when it is supposed to go click.
