Good seeing you and the Misses today Mike.
We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.
We went to Sardis today. Trying to learn to fish with minners and gnats. We fed sardis minners and it fed us a steady diet of rollers and white caps. It was too rough for my 17 1/2 foot g3. I called it after a wave came over the bow and water made it sreaming back to the console. Just wasn't fun or very safe in my opinion.
We were packing up the boat at enginers point when a couple we met a few weeks ago were going for a ride. They have a big deep v 18 foot Alumacraft. Built for such water. We saw y'all out there on the way back in. Your wife didn't look too happy. Her arms crossed and body language screaming get me out of here. We all waved at each other.
Today I saw bouys out with orange flags on top. I can only think it was a dangerous wind/water warning. Never seen them before. Is there a website that gives current conditions at the coe lakes ?
Here's a website Feelay posted back some time ago, it is set on Sardis but you can enter other locations. Why does everyone think Engineers is the only dang ramp on Sardis, are there not any ramps on the North side of the lake???
Also, is Clear Creek the only place you know Mike??? Fishing on the South side sux at best in a howling North wind. Just dont make sense to me.

We "tried" fishing around lespadeeza pt. with your thinking in mind. The white caps were coming from the east. Beech pt ramp is a bit steep. I've put in there once and left some of my clutch there upon pulling the boat out.
Teckville is probably getting alittle shy of water by now. Only saw 3 rigs in the lower lot when we rode up there in the friends larger boat.
Any wind is not your friend on Sardis. If you can't fish where the fish are just stay home. Not worth the trip. Dead Sea anyway.
