    Looks like a rocket launcher of sorts. Ground to air missel computer launch and guided...just my guess.

    That is an Avenger Air Defence system, made by Boeing. They are normally outfitted with stinger missiles for ADA, but that one looks to be set up for Hellfire missile fires. They were originally created to arm up our humvees in the desert, but now they are more likely to be mounted on one of the new Oshkosh beasts, like this one!
