Had a procedure yesterday during which I woke up with about fifteen minutes left. Watched the rest on the TV with the med staff. Hurt too. Thought you were supposed to wake up in the recovery room, not on the operating table.

Yes, I fish like a girl. If you tried a little harder, you could too!!
Major, did they put that nerve block in your neck? I know I was numb all the way to my wrist for 2 days after the surgery before it came back to life.Hope all goes well from here on for you!Prayers sent! They gave me pics of that little rover space vehicle moving around there. Filled my shoulder with saline to inflate it. Looked like the surface of the moon in there!

Had the injections in my neck a few months ago, seems to have worked. Injections in my shoulder (2) within the last few months, not working as well as the pinched nerve. This latest procedure was supposed to be a routine colonoscopy but after re-reading the post-procedure report, it seems that it took much longer than normal because they found so many things that needed to be dealt with. 4 polyp biopsies, a polypectomy and an endoclip.
