    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 tablespoons cream cheese
    1 tablespoon green onion, Chopped
    2 pieces bacon, Partially Cooked

    Directions:

Pound out Chicken breast so it is about 1/4" thick.

Mix together cream cheese and green onions and spread cheese mixture over 1 side of chicken breast.

Roll Chicken breast up to conceal cream cheese.

Wrap partially cooked bacon around chicken breast and secure with toothpick.

Place on baking sheet and back for about 30 minutes at 375.

Broil for about 5 minute to crisp bacon.

Speaking of Bacon. I was watching Tv last night and they had Bacon Paradise 2 on some kinda show. They went around to restaurants that had Bacon on Everything. We go to Texas every year so I might have to drive over to Austin and check this one out. It's called BACON lol http://baconaustin.com/

Sounds great! Think I'll try it today. Gonna do some with a little chopped jalapeno on it also. Thanks for the idea Major.

Looks good Major! I watched a cooking show the other night where a dude found a way to petrify bacon where it will last forever. He was shaving it with a mandolin and using it in dishes with stock as 1 of the layers of flavor! All new technology in the cooking world.

DD, if you go to Austin, check out the Pecan District...live music and awesome food to boot. You owe it to yourself to eat at The Iron Cactus, authentic Mexican, great atmosphere, and they boast to have the biggest Margarita selection around. I highly recommend it for the food especially.

Thanks Stone. My wifes Family is in Houston but we've been up to Austin a couple times. We really want to go spend a couple days there on one trip just to see the sights
