    I did mine tonight Major. They were awesome tasting, but hard to fix. Couldn't find my meat hammer, so tried to thin cut them with a filet knife. Had an easier time when I made some with thin cut pork loin. But real good eating anyway. Have now made them with pork, deer and chicken All good !!!
