    Default Looking for a mount

I have a way pre-64 Winchester 94 30-30 that I'm looking for a side scope mount for. this gun top ejects and I don't want to have to tap any holes in it. All the ones i've seen have been for post 64models.Anybody have any suggestions. I'm also looking for a Remington 760 30-06 pump action rifle. I've searched the web for it but I'm always a day late and a dollar short. Here is a pic of the Remington.

Park Ave. Hardware use to have a gunsmith in the back of the store. That is where I got my side mount some 30 years ago.
Guns and Ammo on Summer has a gunsmith, give them a call before the drive.
There is a gun shop on Pasedena rd in Horn Lake. I'll be in the area soon, I'll check for you.

You should be able to find one pretty easy around here. I researched those guns last year. Check the following. Armslist MS, Southern Shopper, and tradewinds.

That Winchester is one cool gun, I like it without a scope!

Feesh, my vision sucks!I'm gonna put a low power like a 1.75x5 scope on it but I ain't gonna tap no new holes in the side of the receiver.I may just leave it alone and search for the Remington 760.

The scope mount that I had came with 2 screws. A bit longer than the 2 you have to remove. Make sure you save them in a good place.
I have an email pending at midsouthshooterssupply.com
I asked for a side mount for a per 64 Win 94 in 30-30. Their first reply was "is that top or angle ejection?"
