    The doe made me some catfish cakes while I was fishing this morning. What a surprise when I got home. Fish for two days straight. Love it.

    Haven't tried it with catfish. LOVE them made from Crappie. Think there's a recipe in the recipe thread

    You fix those like Salmon Croquettes?Bet they were good!I think I would like them on a toasted bun with some hot slaw!
