Rees I pull the meat off the bone, put cream cheese and jalapeņos pepper in between, wrap in bacon, toothpick thru, and on the grill. U will love it. Just beats the heck out of eating around the bone. I have a few hundred in the fridge right now. Went to a dove hunt Monday aft and everybody in the field threw them on a trailer bed, took a picture, and then left. Guy that had the field said he was going to throw them in the ditch so I stayed up and cleaned them. Don't really know how I will eat all of them. Gonna try to get the wife to take them to the grove sat.

    Great looking meal there, James.
I stopped buying that G brand of bacon at walmart. The Appleton brand at Aldi's is much better and cheaper.
