I was skeptical at first but BBQ meatloaf tastes as good as anything I've grilled. I mixed the meatloaf as I usually would except I mixed in BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. I formed it into a loaf then placed it on parchment paper. I trimmed the paper around the edges and placed it on the metal grill.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

No I didn't use bacon. I used 80/20 ground chuck so it had a little fat inside to keep it from drying out. I was surprised that the smoke taste went all the way through.
