    I use the 20# braid and I've always used the palomar knot. I've never had it fail.

    Triple left handed granny with a double half hitch works fine with me. Palomar knots are easy.

    John, next time we see each other I will show you the knot I have been using that always works. Never lost a crank yet and have landed a bunch of slimers and big bass.
