The t bar is adjustable by hand with locking teeth

The holders are vertically and horizontally adjustable with no tools. Lock down very tight, no chance of it turning

Mounts to the plate by hand

Adjusts height quickly and easily by hand as well, and is very solid even on the tallest setting

Thanks Brandon, I've been off line for a little while.

    J. W., you'll like them. The T-bar adjustment and each pole horizontal adjustment has a spring loaded lock with teeth so they will stay where you adjust them. The pole vertical adjustments have their own knob, making it quick and easy.

I'm gonna try them out tomorrow morning spider rigging jigs. Southern Sickle Jigs of course. Lol I haven't done worth a flip pulling cranks the last two trips but what I did catch came off of some of mine and Steve's jigging spots.
