    Big turtle for sure. That is some good eating, if it's cooked right. Can be tough if you don't know what you're doing.

    When I was about 8 my dad caught a big one at Lakeview/Horn Lake on a troutline. He gave it to someone else when he got to the ramp. That person donated it to the Memphis Zoo saying he had caught it. Nice size story in the Commercial Appeal back then. My dad was pissed. It was still alive the last time I carried the grandkids to see it.
