Thread: Turns out I was wrong.

I mentioned on a couple of discussions here that I ain't no sportsman, but it turns out that I was mistaken. I am not a sportsman when it comes to deer hunting and crappie fishing. That much is true, but I am a sportsman when it comes to catfishing. I am led to believe that I am only a sportsman when I am not looking for food!!

Went fishing in the Yazoo with my pop Wednesday, and we had a blast. Caught 6 big river cats, and we had numerous other critters on our hooks. At the end of the day, he took the fish to give to some fellow he knows, and I was happy to see them go. I wasn't about to eat them things. Ain't got no pictures to show because the Old Man does not allow technology around him. He is afraid that he'll end up on Facebook or Twitter, and the government will find out what he looks like.

Taking a kid fishing is one thing, and I enjoy taking my daughter out. Let me tell you though, when my pop wants to take his kid (ME) out, ain't nothing better than being the baby!!!!!
