Here is a detailed timeline of the whole carp problem. And yes, it began in Arkansas.

The AGFC was stocking them big time to control grass in lakes all across the state and at some point they started popping up in the rivers, the rest is history.

Ain't nothing good ever come out of AR except quarry rock. I tolt y'all we should ban em all. I suggest we start with Handi since Creekslick is scarce these days. BRM would be easier to run to ground though, but hey, wherever y'all want to start is fine with me.

Do as I do, or say. Carry some trash bags with you fishing. Place them in a dumpster when you return to shore. Carry them home to feed the animals around your place.
