I know you knew but that was secret to . I have a niece and a nephew that . I don't how much she lost in all but she looks good . and he has lost over 80 lbs and still weighs over 300 . and since I have become M.O.L. I have lost 15 lbs . oops almost said the w word . that is against the rules except for supporting members cause they have too so they can suport us .
