Oh it had heat. I used a bottle of wine, 2 sticks of butter plus carrots, celery, onions, garlic n about 3 tablespoons of crab boil in the poaching liquid. I had no idea it would that good. Cooked the diced maters for a few minutes n added about 2 cups of poaching liquid to the maters
