The hog is gone "bless his heart", as for as weighing 300, I do try and get some exercise a few days a week. For example, I worked out for an hour at the gym today and then walked/jogged about 2 miles. It helps for sure.

I worked 9 hours in 102 heat index today, workin not standing around, thats why I dont weigh 300 pnds lol.
