I can do canned salmon a few days a month, the fresh stuff no way.
That grill looks like it cost more than my house is worth. A lot more than my rent.
Blacken some tuna steaks and you got some good eats from some red fish meat, but I ain't much for salmon either unless it is Bourbon glazed with crushed pecans and brown sugar. Sashimi yellow fin tuna is some kinda good too.
We grill tuna steaks on a regular basis at my place. Mighty fine eating, good for you also.
But I got to say smoked salmon is pretty darn good in my book. Smoking it gets rid of that red color you don't like too ATM.

Looked mighty good Sammy. I've gotten to where I would rather cook my fish on the grill than fry it.
