3 judge panel of ms Supreme Court refused to set aside Judge Kidd's injunction so we have to wait for a hearing on the 8th in Kidd's court and go from there. As I understand it, some PD and SO offices are refusing to enforce the injunction meaning that in some jurisdictions you can open carry without fear of being arrested. My advice would be to contact your SO or Pd for guidance and their stance on the issue before you strap up.
