What you fishin for maj?? We headin out the week of the 4th. We booked us a fishn trip, but would love to hear how the do-it-yourselfers do it. I don't know if I would want to take my boat all the way down there. Will the salt water hurt it in any kind of way? I have a 17.5' alumacraft with a 4 stroke Yamaha 90.

Just have to wash and flush with fresh water when done.

Do not be a gewber and launch your boat from your trailer! Use a lift

What do you mean? Is there a particular danger to the trailer? I put it in already buy rinsed it off good.

Its kinda hard to rinse good inside of the rectangular tubeing that the trailer is made of....might have some rust problems in later years.....I hope not.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
