Thread: Torch and Sats day at Enid

We started at point 7 , fished to point 9 back and forth then fished all the way back to longbranch ramp. We were in Torch's boat today.

Great job guys. Point 7 is where I've been starting out too. Instead of heading towards 9 though I've been ambling around between 7 and 5, and working my way back toward Long Branch when the other boats started crowding me. Did y'all have much luck moving out toward 9? I might go a bit farther next week if there was any bite out that way.

Sat, thanks for the info in the other thread. Y'all are staying a lot shallower than I have been. I may try pulling my lines up a bit, and isolating my fishing in the 15' or less range. I appreciate the detailed response. It was really helpful.

We caught 20 of the 36 between 7 &9 . The rest came from 7 back to long branch ramp.

10-4. I'll definitely head that way and see what comes of it. If y'all are ever out fishing during the week, PM me. It would be fun to catch up with y'all. I try to stay off the lake on the weekends. With all the other boaters out there, it's best if I stay away. I am 50% hermit and 50% redneck. I don't mesh well with others!
