Nope but you can take a 1 oz slip weight and put it about 6 or 7 feet above your crank. Use a swivel and then more line to the crank and it'll get you an extra foot or 2. You just get more tangles if you have 60-70 foot of line out and you try turning sharp with a cross wind

I used to add lead ribbon to the front hook and suspend dots to the baits and it worked great without losing action and gave me greater depth on a shorter line!
