Layer the grill rack with bacon, layer in your steak, chicken, shrimp, etc. and mix some bell peppers, jalapeños, onion, etc and set it on the grill, flip it a few times until you think everything is done, normally when bacon is good and crisp

    That looks great, I'm definitely gonna have to try it. I wonder if you could put some cream cheese and spinach with it kinda like you do a pinwheel steak?
