Size:  96.2 KBWe have always called it pirate steak. Layer the grill rack with bacon, layer in your steak, chicken, shrimp, etc. and mix some bell peppers, jalapeños, onion, etc and set it on the grill, flip it a few times until you think everything is done, normally when bacon is good and crisp

    That looks great, I'm definitely gonna have to try it. I wonder if you could put some cream cheese and spinach with it kinda like you do a pinwheel steak?
