    Thanks, my wife did the sauce...butter, green onions,straw mushrooms,old bay, garlic, lemon juice, cream cheese, white wine,crab meat, crawfish tails, and Alfredo sauce. All added in that order while on medium low heat. She's a great cook and kinda made it up as she went.
