    I quit for 28 days and gained 10 lbs

    Never have smoked or drank and still gained weight so i can't blame it on quiting...guess it's time to quit eating

    Leading cause of weight gain!!!!! Thats basically what I did, now I am just watching what I eat during the week and eat what I want to on the weekends.

    Thats what the doc said.....over 50 years of smoking......any damage is already done.....weight gain at my age could cause me to become diabetic. I may try it again and watch my diet though.
