    Well, I can say I've tasted em now cuz my waitress brought me a sample of both boiled and fried. I've STILL never eaten any tho. They tasted like where they came from.

    NO!!! My Dad cooked some 45 years ago... I an still smell them!!!!

    Aw come on now.My wife cooks them 3 or 4 times in the winter and we absolutely love them.......stump slung,boil them,then fry the sh_ _ out of them........lol

    Ill always say... Y'all eat'em for "man points" or brag'n rights. LOL Ain't no way you can say them things is good. I tried them boiled and they tasted the way they smelled. I chewed and chewed and gagged and chewed some more while everyone else talked about how good these chitins were..so... I figured I'd try them fried.. They looked good... And weren't as bad as boiled, but It still never made it down the hatch.

    MAN THEM THANGS IS GOOD . I COULD EAT ABOUT TEN POUNDS RIGHT NOW . LIKE THEM FRIED BEST . I CAN'T GET AN OYSTER DOWN THE SAME WAY DEE . THEM THINGS IS NASTY . AT LEAST THEY WASH THE CHITLINS OUT .
