How so? Do out of state license sales not attribute to the funding of the fisheries?

It went just like Mr.Goodtime said. Brief and to the point. Whoever came up with the video idea should be commended. Super idea. They, MDWFP, gets to review all the comments without any shouting, bickering or name calling. I was told that anyone could still write letters to the Commission. No e-mails considered.
