    Better than crappie,wife wont let me fillet em she likes em cooked with all the fins.

    That's the way, we like em. For years we scaled them, cutoff the head and cooked them. Filet all of them now. They're delicious both ways!

    That's what I'm talking about.In about 2wks yall can have the crappie the bream should be bedding at my place with the full moon coming up on the 25th if it stay's warm.
