    These hypotheticals are stewpit. One things for sure, they'll never get me for over the limit. No license maybe, but not over limit.

    guys, at this time I would not mess with the gw's. they are already a little stressed.... what's + or minus one fish anyway?

    A lot of folks are missing the point entirely. If you put a limit in your livewell, you have your limit. Catch another one and you're over. As long as you don't have a limit in the box you can still catch and release until you get what you want. You just cannot take a fish out of the box to cull. Once it's in the box, it's yours.
