    Default Friendly Reminder

It really helps if we turn our headlights off when we back down to launch our boats so we don't blind the guys who are trying to back down and launch beside us. Most guys do this but some don't. I saw a guy get a bit hostile one morning at Engineers Point with a guy who left his lights on.

Happens every time I go fishing. And most people don't know how to turn them off bc they're automatic. Kind of a trick on chevrolets.

I am the worlds worst about forgetting to cut mine off. I had someone cuss me up one side and down the other from the top of the boat ramp. I cut the lights off as soon as he said somethin, then the cussing ensued... I understand yelling to cut them off since I am looking down the ramp, but once I oblige you and cut em off, hush, and let it go.

On a Chevrolet 99-06 anyhow you have to hit the button for the interior lights about 5 or 6 times quickly

On my 96 only way to turn off daytime running lights is to slightly depress the park brake.
