    Default Fish finder?


    I have been wanting one to mount on my war eagle beside the steering wheel for a while to look at while driving so what would be a good one to mount there with GPS ? Don't really have to have side or down imaging bc all I mainly fish is grenada and pretty much know where I'll be fishing. Just want a GPS one to mark spots in case I throw out a stake bucket or two this summer.

    I've got a HB 788 that does not have SI or DI but does have built-in GPS and slot for map card. Don't remember how much I paid for it but it would work for what you described.

    Just looked it up on HB site and it lists for $699.00.

    If you are wanting a Humminbird I purchased a 597ci hd for $469.00 (if I remember correctly)and that would cover your needs. Bought mine from Brian at BBG Marine

    there is a 788 on BBC fo 400 and an 858 for 600, both are good deals
