    I been all through the recipe threads and I cannot find the parmesean crappie thread. Can someone post it or the link for it??? Got some big fillets Ima cook that way tonite.

    I have fixed this several times. I think that thread has had more hits and likes than any recipe thread I've seen. You can actually buy a parmesan cheese/bread crumb mix now. I think I saw it at Publix.
