15 fish limit fine-11 inch fine-3 poles--now way--I don't like that--just means you got to have someone with you every time you fish.

This is too funny. How does those 2 extra poles make you or break u? U may find that only fishing three poles is more productive...Maybe u want miss any strikes, maybe u can pay more attention to each poles exact depth, get in tighter spots, etc. Yea a few poles increases your odds but you have to adapt and over come! I troll around with one pole and sometimes 2 poles in hand alot and honestly dont think I would be better off with 5.

Lmao Fishing with 3 pole and complaining here in Indiana we have a three pole per person limit i have no problem catching fish by myself to be honest i dont know how you guys can fish more than 3 each without having a cluster¥£€k 3 is enough for me lol

15 Fish makes sense with the pressure, 3 pole limit kinda makes sense. The only sense the 11 in limit makes is to shut up some of the folks who travel some distance and spend big bucks to get there. Gives them a chance to take home a mess of fish. Hopefully they will take a limit of those fish and quit fishing just for the larger fish. Seems every warden or park person I have talked to has told me the biggest complaint from most folks was traveling and not being to keep fish. They can say what they want about conservation and all that does come into play but they still worry about the Tourisim dollar and it's impact on the State and Local economy and Tax dollars. Those guys in Jackson care more about that than anything else.

3 pole rule is stupid no mater what lake it is.... Like kdavid said if your going to fish alone.... Won't be Sardis or Grenada!

I think the biggest concern is pressure.There are so many people crappie fishing now.And we when people figure out it is not that hard to catch them slow trolling,pulling cranks or catching them on there beds the pressure adds.With all the technology and different technics it has become a year round sport.I think eventually they will set seasons and i'm for it.
