    Torch flung a craving on me!!!
    I got out some huge butla fillets, ran them through an egg wash, seasoned flour and Italian seasoned Pankos bread crumbs then baked them. Add a side of chicken and broccoli rice!!
    They were delicious!!!

    Y'all are making me hungry. That looks good Speck. I've never used the bread crumbs. I crush saltine crackers and roll the filets in that. Drizzle with olive oil and a little lemon pepper, Yum.

    Scott, pan sear one side, flip over and put a mix of chopped pecans, panko bread crumbs and olive oil on it in a 400 degree oven til brown. YUMMO

    Hey they were really good! I don't like baked anything but this was good
