Your ready now. Get busy getting it mounted. Like Rees said, don't leave home without that cheat sheet. Go to the closest water without poles take it out and learn all the functions like spot lock. The navigation/autopilot function and the track function. Spend a couple of hours just playing with it.

Knuckle head...shoulda got the terrova. That v2 is just low rent. Maybe a step up from section 8, but still low rent.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

It's the 12 volt. I plan on upgrading boats in three years, so ill get trained up on this one and go all out on the Terrova after I have some time to save a little.

Out with the old and $&!**y

In with the new and pretty!

All's left is to tie down the charger. Gonna get that done tomorrow. Ready to get on the water!

I am totally ignorant to these new fangled motors, so excuse an ignorant question but does it have the foot control as an option in case you didnt want to use the pilot function? Like for weaving in and out of bushes and up against rocks when the fish are spawning

The Terrova does allow foot control and I-Pilot control, but the PD V2 does not.............. Prolly why Wannabe considers this one "low rent"?

Cane Pole makes and sells a box where you can use the ipilot and foot control on the V2. He's come to the last 2 camps, maybe he can bring you one.
